The SlantPROFILE

Rich
The Manager
“Music has always been one of my passions. When I was in grammar school, I used to go over to my friend Bob’s house to listen to his older brother’s records, like Tommy (The Who) and Shine On Brightly (Procol Harem). Later, when I got my first stereo, I used to stay up late listening to WNEW-FM with Allison Stack. In the 80’s I switched over to WLIR (alias WDRE) to keep hearing new songs. Now I think most radio sucks, and the best music is made by local bands making their own CDs. To support groups like these, I founded Rock Diva, a fanzine dedicated to female-fronted rock and blues bands.”
